Fees Policy

Fees Policy

The school administrators are very conscious of the rising cost of independent education. Therefore every effort is made to keep the fees at a realistic level. The following conditions apply in relation to fee payments

All fees, or at least half of the fees are to be paid in advance at the beginning of each term, otherwise your child will not be allowed at the school. 10% discount will be given for the whole year payment if paid in full within the first 5 days of school opening

A 5% discount will be granted to those who pay within the first five days of each new term. New parents will only be entitled to the 5% discount from the second term.

A 5% penalty will be levied on all late payments on a termly basis.

In the event of withdrawals, a full term’s written notice must be delivered to the Head of the school. Otherwise a full term’s fees will be required in lieu thereof.

In the event of non-payment of school fees the school reserves the right to ask a learner to vacate the classroom and premises.

Dishonoured cheques will be subjected to bank charges and a penalty.
